Competitive compensation

Every March, Jiuhan provides annual salary increases based on the company's operational goals and profitability, taking into account employee job responsibilities, professional skills, and performance.We offer a competitive total compensation package, including basic salary, meal allowances, year-end bonuses, and profit-sharing bonuses, while also covering statutory labor and health insurance and  ontribute 6% labor pension contributions as required by law. The amount recognized for the new retirement pension system in 2025 is NT$ 7,389,769.

Pursuant to Article 25 of the Company's Articles of Association, any profits earned in a given year must be allocated at least 1% as employee compensation (no less than 10% of this employee compensation must be allocated to lower-level employees). This compensation will be distributed to employees of affiliated companies who meet certain requirements. The Company has established "Work Rules" and "Employee Salary and Performance Appraisal Management Measures," which provide regular and irregular salary adjustments based on work performance each year to ensure employee compensation, vacation time, and various benefits. A reasonable reward system is also in place to motivate employees to demonstrate and achieve performance, and these systems are reviewed and revised at any time.

All junior specialists within the same position receive the same salary package. For those with relevant professional expertise and work experience, salary is determined based on their academic background, expertise, and certifications, with no gender or ethnicity discrepancies.

Jiuhan strives for fair competition, and salary incentives are based on performance, not specific conditions. We also adjust salary increases based on economic conditions and performance, striving to ensure a competitive, reasonable, and fair salary structure for our employees. This ensures that outstanding talent joins or remains willing to advance, thereby contributing to better corporate performance.
