Clean room engineering
Cleanliness level assessment and space planning
Evaluate the required cleanliness level (Class 1~100,000) based on industry standards such as ISO 14644, GMP, and FED-STD-209E, and plan the layout of movement, people flow, logistics, airflow direction, and pressure differentials to ensure compliance with contamination control requirements.
Air conditioning and airflow system design
Design temperature, humidity, wind speed, air volume, and airflow patterns (turbulent/laminar), along with efficient HEPA/ULPA filtration systems to ensure stable control of air cleanliness within specifications.Building structure and material construction
Utilize dustproof, anti-static, and antibacterial materials to construct walls, ceilings, and flooring (such as aluminum honeycomb panels, PVC flooring, calcium silicate panels, etc.), and install airtight doors, buffer rooms, air showers, and other equipment.
Integration of control and monitoring system
Implement an Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) to monitor cleanliness room parameters such as pressure differential, particle concentration, temperature and humidity, CO₂ levels in real-time, along with alarm and recording functionalities.
Certification testing and subsequent maintenance
Provide third-party verification (such as ISO, GMP), PQ/OQ/IQ acceptance testing, along with subsequent services like filter replacement, environmental calibration, pressure adjustment, and system maintenance.
